i chose this woman for my sadness picture because of the depressed look in her eyes and over all defeated appearance. her hairs messy and there are bags under her eyes most likely from crying too much. that's why i chose her for my sadness picture.
i chose this picture to represent my bad person picture because of the almost evil look in the woman's eyes, and the position of her hand makes it look like she's about to hit him or stab him. her face is dark and half of it is shadowed which adds to the feeling of a bad person.
i chose this photograph to represent a person keeping a secret because of the way she holds her finger to her lips, which pretty much is the universal sign of be quite, or don;t tell. her overall dark appearance coupled with her stark almost white face creates a beautifully contrasting image. it almost creates an air of mystery and secrets.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Journal number three- utalizing the frame/rule of two thirds
i like the one with the bald eagle in the tree the best because it shows the tree taking up half the picture and the other half shows the beautiful sky. and the eagle gives you a point of refrance and ties the picture together. it alaso utalizes the to thirs rule. only two thirds of the picture is take up by the tree and its on the side not centered. i don't liek teh dove one to much. it seems fake wiht teh blue backround in all. it almost makes the bird look plastic. but it dose utalize the two thirds rule as well.
I like this image because of the errie undiscovered feel it has too it, it makes you feel like your going to discover something.
It utilizes the light in the background to cast a shadow over the figure standing in the mouth of the cave. And keep the mouth
of the cave iluminated so you can see teh green rolling moss int the background as well. it even use's reflection a bit because
you can see the lights bounceing off the water in the foreground also.

I like this photo because of the bright orange color of the bird and how clear the reflection is. Also i just really love birds!
the crisp clear colors and the contrast between eh ground and the bird just give off an autumn-ish feel to them. the
picture itself shows the utilization of reflection and pulls it off very well. the reflection almost being the main point of the
entire image.
I like this photo because of the curling design of the cast iron bench and the cool stone. The picture being in black and white
adds to the picture immensely. This photo uses shadows as well, and captured the horizontal lines of the benches structure
on the cold stone ground creating contrast and a beautiful design as well.
I chose this photograph because it reminds me of the mansion in the first resident
evil. It was a game my father used to play in our old house in New Britain. The entire
family would join in and figure out the puzzles it was loads of fun, and a bit scary, But
it is one of my favorite memories.
